The archaeographical publication of documents may help to reveal full information potential of sources. The publications of the collections of documents are especially significant among the analyzed documents because they deal with the comprehensive research of the huge amount of collections from different archives. This research makes available to collect a wide range of material which contributes to the expression of a more broad view of the problem. The sizeable portion of published documents includes correspondence, memoirs, reports containing the analysis of situation in Soviet Russia and Red Army which were written by military experts, diplomats, managers, politicians. The huge publications of not previously been published manuscripts, articles, reports written by historians, publicists, writers are especially significant. The statistical analysis of the researched publications have given an opportunity to study what archives, countries and continents had been mostly represented in the publications. We have come to a conclusion that during the period considered in this article the archives from Europe (63,8%) and America (29%) had been mostly represented. The statistical analysis of publications of documents from archives, libraries, museums, private collections from different European countries also have been made. The publications which have been analyzed include documents related to life and activities of Russian emigrants abroad, different public associations etc. The bulk of published documents is related to history of the Russian emigration of the 20th century, especially it’s first wave after the Revolution of 1917. The amount of published sources related to the previous periods of Russian history is rather small. The analyzed information shows the frequency of documentary publications from particular archives and also may reveal the so-called “white spots” of foreign archival Rossika and determine the future directions of the research activities.
